Returns & Exchanges

Each Wild & Grown diamond is carefully inspected, certified and packaged to ensure it meets our highest standards before leaving the studio.  Due to the nature of fine stones and custom work, returns are not generally accepted. 

Eligibility for Return Consideration 

Returns for return or exchange can be considered within 7 days of delivery and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible, the item must:

 1) Be in its original, unworn condition
 2) Include all certification documentations and packaging
 3) Show no signs of alteration or setting

If approved, the return shipping costs and insurance are the responsibility of the customer. 

After the 7 day window, all products are considered final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that your diamond arrives damaged or does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will prioritize reviewing and resolving your concern promptly.

Custom & Bespoke Orders

Custom designs and settings are final sale, as each is made to order. Any modifications or repairs requested after delivery will be quoted individually.
