Are Wild & Grown diamonds real?
Yes - all of our diamonds are certified lab-grown diamonds with the same optical, chemical, and physical properties as mined diamonds. Each one is IGI-certified and guaranteed authentic. 

What's the difference between lab-grown and mined diamonds?
Lab-grown diamonds are created using advanced technology that replicates the natural diamond growing process. The result is a real diamond - just grown in a controlled environment, making it more sustainable and ethical. 

Where do you ship from?
All items are shipped securely from Toronto, Canada. Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched. 

Do you ship outside of Canada?
Yes- Wild & Grown offers international shipping via trusted courier partners (FedEx, UPS, or DHL). Each shipment is tracked and insured for security. 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the applicable courier rates. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees charged by their country.  

Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of loose stones, returns are not generally accepted as each diamond is inspected and verified prior to shipment. However, requests can be considered within 7 days of delivery on a case-by-case basis. After this period, all products are considered final sale.
